Happy Fall 2025
Please take a moment to review a few practice developments and processes we hope will make things easier and more efficient.
Refill Request
Need a Medication Refill?
Submit your request easily using our Refill Request Form—available directly on our website.
Billing Reminder
As a friendly reminder, invoices are sent out on the last day of each month. If you ever have questions about your invoice, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to help!
Scheduling Appointments
You are welcome to use the Valant Patient Portal to request appointments directly. You'll see Dan's real-time availability, making it quicker and easier to schedule or reschedule at your convenience.
Clinical Questions
For any clinical questions, the best way to reach us is through the Valant Patient Portal to send us a secure message rather than email. Using the portal helps protect your privacy and ensures your message is directed to the right person as quickly as possible.
Practice Developments
We’re proud to share that Danny will be teaching at The Berkeley School of Nursing at Georgetown University this Fall in addition to his clinical work. This opportunity allows him to stay engaged with the latest research, collaborate with colleagues, and continue contributing to the field. We believe this not only enriches his professional growth but also enhances the care and perspective he brings to our patients.
New Team Member
We are excited to welcome Heidi Nealey, PMHNPBC, our new Nurse Practitioner, to the practice. Heidi brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward wellness and recovery, and we are thrilled for our patients to benefit from her expertise.
Adaptive Minds (AM) Recovery Services
Adaptive Minds has expanded current service offerings to treat individuals struggling with substance use disorders (including but not limited to outpatient detox).
Jessica’s Office Hours
As the office manager of Adaptive Minds, I’m generally available toward the end of the day to respond to messages and inquiries. For urgent matters, please call the office directly and leave a voicemail—I’ll make sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
